Have you ever heard the term " super foods " and wondered what it was ? What makes a particular "super" food? Super foods contain more nutrients than fight against the disease and complete so you can get a lot of eating, enjoy without excess calories. Lists all over the internet to find the "Top superfoods", but keep remember if this list should be all dietary foods that are part of a healthy diet.

The best super foods have different nutritional needs. Try some of these to work in your daily diet for the greatest benefit.

1. Eggs
Eggs are nutritious and can be used in different ways. Eggs are generally priced and rich in proteins.
