We have recently started to look more into the trend, and was surprised by what we found . We have not had this since we found a Diet Coke in over 6 months!
We all know that soda is very gentle know - aspartame and Splenda, which is what is usually used to sweeten diet drinks - it is extremely soft. Aspartame can be up to 200 times sweeter than sugar!
We all know that if we do, we often want sweet things. See the problem here? We have a Diet Coke, which is super soft and we like to go on a snack with it.
Then later, we still crave a sweet snack. The trick is to cut these things out of your diet, and therefore do not want more ! Your body for drinking water instead of chemicals such boxes full of sweet syrupy used . Trust me on this!
3. Take extreme ways for diet. It is never a good idea!
You know the plans that we speak ... no carbs, no fat, very low in calories, juice fasting, the list goes on and on . For example, if you have little or no carbohydrates you consume each day of the week, without fluctuation , you'll be zapped of energy!
Your body needs carbohydrates to function. Not all carbs are bad ! Why not cut carbohydrates from your ability to exercise, probably because you do not feel up to it. As for the super - low calorie diets, yes, you will lose weight at first, but it's probably just water.
Keep this diet and you will start to lose muscle mass, which are replaced by fat deposits. And contrary to what you might think you need fat in your diet as well.
Healthy fats that is! Not enough healthy fats in your diet can lead to poor absorption of vitamins, depression, increased risk of certain cancers, and an imbalance in your balance macronutrients ( carbs / protein / fat ), which is probably eating too much carbohydrates.
4. Reward their own self with food.
When we learned when we heard that there is a million times ... "If I lose weight, I am X , Y, Z eat! "It does not make sense for us. We recently had a friend tell me when they lose weight, they will go to a huge piece of cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory"
Why in the world do you not reward yourself with food, then you are not a dog. Treat yourself to something during the trip, you may want ... as a new pair of shoes and a watch heart rate monitor fancy!
5. They do not drink enough water.
It's easy. If you do not drink enough water , the body starts to dehydrate. This can cause a temporary weight loss, but your body is not in balance.
Your body will then want to stop drinking any liquid ! This will make you retain water and prevent your body to filter out toxins from your body. A low intake of water can also cause headaches, back pain, mental confusion, and other unpleasant symptoms. Bottoms up!
