3. Changes in diet
Eat foods that contain lots of iron. Iron-rich foods include red meat, chicken, fish, green leafy vegetables, and beans.
Beside from iron deficiency due to anemia, there are many other causes of hair loss. Examples include hair care that is used daily, hormonal imbalances, stress, consumption of certain drugs, to sexually transmitted diseases.
